Description

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich etwa 800 - 1000 m außerhalb des Zentrums auf einer Anhöhe, sehr ruhig am Ende einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße innerhalb einer Ferienanlage gelegen. Der Strand - mit weißem Sand und geschützten Badebuchten - ist ca. 1000 m entfernt.

Das Haus bietet in der ersten Etage zwei große Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Einbaukleiderschränken. In einem Zimmer ist ein Doppelbett, im anderen sind zwei Einzelbetten vorhanden. Das Doppelbettzimmer, in welchem sich ein zweites Sat-TV von HD-Qualität befindet, ist ausgestattet mit zwei Schiebeglastüren zum Balkon, der über einige Häuser der Ferienanlage hinweg Blick auf das Meer bietet. Der Balkon des Einzelbettenzimmers lädt mit Blick auf die vulkanische Landschaft zum Verweilen ein. Das große Bad befindet sich ebenfalls in der ersten Etage, zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern gelegen. Dieses ist mit Badewanne/Dusche, Bidet, WC, Waschmaschine, Fön, Haarglätter etc. ausgestattet.

Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, ebenso wie die modern eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Herd mit 3

Cerankochfeldern, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc.. Daneben liegt das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse. Hier können meine Gäste eine Reihe von deutschen Fernsehprogrammen in HD-Qualität empfangen, ebenso einige englische. Zudem haben sie die Möglichkeit, den DSL-Internet-Anschluss mit sehr guter Geschwindigkeit zu nutzen.Weiterhin gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein kleines Bad mit bodengleicher mosaikgefliester Dusche, Waschbecken und WC.

1 Babyholzbett(bis 2 Jahre) sowie 1 Kinderhochstuhl stehen zur Verfügung.

Auf der Terrasse befindet sich ein Tisch mit Stühlen, ebenso können hier Sonnenliegen mit bequemen Polsterauflagen genutzt werden. Sonnenschirme sorgen für den gewünschten Schutz. Ein großer und ein kleiner Gemeinschafts-Swimmingpool, ca. 100 m vom Haus entfernt, laden Jung und Alt zum täglichen Vergnügen ein!

Der Strand ist über einen gepflasterten Gehweg bequem zu erreichen. Es gibt hier mehrere geschützte, von den Wellen abgesicherte Buchten, deshalb auch sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Für das leibliche Wohl der Gäste ist durch einige Restaurants in der Nähe des Strandes bestens gesorgt, auch befindet sich hier ein großer Supermarkt.

Der passionierte Golfspieler kann auf den zwei nahe gelegenen Golfplätzen seiner Leidenschaft frönen! Tennisplatz in 1 km Entfernung.

Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind in Caleta de Fuste (ein bis zwei km) genügend vorhanden. Die Ausflugsziele sind sehr vielfältig, wie zum Beispiel Corralejo (weiße Sanddünen), Costa Calma, Jandia. In La Lajita befindet sich ein Tier- und Pflanzenpark. Ein Mietwagen wird empfohlen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich um ein Nichtraucherhaus handelt!

Die Vermieterin wohnt während der Zeit der Vermietung nicht im Haus, ist aber jederzeit auf Handy WhatsApp oder per Email erreichbar!
