Description
The Villa is situated in Salinas de Antigua golf course, peaceful location, 1km to the beach. It has private garden and pool, sea and golf course views. Parking is included.
The villa has been furnished in a very contemporary fashion, it has 3 good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and large lounge/dinner that leads onto the terrace and garden. The main bedroom is furnished in wood and has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom, large dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space.
The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes with drawers. It has 1 three seat sofa and another two seat sofa, coffee table, side tables, sideboard as well as a wooden dining table and six wooden chairs. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV.
Entrance to the villa is via private gates with private parking. It has shutters on all the windows and doors. The villa is situated in a 500m2 volcanic plot. It has a private swimming pool 6,5m x 3m, outdoor shower, sunbathing area with 4 sunbeds and parasol as well as an outdoor wooden table with 6 wooden chairs and BBQ.

Todas las habitaciones tienen contraventanas y persianas y se puede ver en las fotos. “Great house but far to the beach.”
The house was nice and clean. Lots os space and a nice pool. The only bad thing is the distance to the beach and town. We were told by the owner that the nearest beach is 1,2km away but it is almost 3km so you need a car.

“Lovely Villa”
Went for a week in January, everything was great apart from one thing the pool was absolutely freezing, booked this especially because it had a pool but couldnt be used for the week. Other than that everything was great, lovely location, quiet, safe.. Has private parking (you really need to rent a car when going to Fuerteventura). Would stay again but only in summer when pool was warm. Another small issue, there was no WiFi which is ok if the tv has some good stations but there was only 10 stations or so and most of them were news programs so evenings were pretty boring.
