Description
A lovely holiday villa which is perfect for families and small groups. It is located in a small quiet and peaceful urbanisation of 12 villas just outside the village of Calonge and less than 4 km from one of the gorgeous beaches of the Costa Brava. Several golf courses and walking trails are close by, and the local Spanish markets are easily accessed. Supermarkets and a variety of restaurants are within easy reach.
There is a stylish open plan living/dining room with a sitting area, Sat-TV (English programs), a DVD/CD player and an open fire place. There is also a good sized dining table and french doors leading out to the terrace, garden and private swimming pool. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dish-washer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and a full range of kitchen equipment. A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are located in the garage. On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms(1 king and 2 twins), all with air-conditioning and plenty of built-in wardrobes. A baby cot is available. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. The second bathroom has a bath/shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. A third bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet is located on the ground floor.
The covered terrace is great for enjoying meals outside whilst being shaded from the midday sun. The private swimming pool is a decent size 8 x 3 m, and the shallow end is perfect for children. The pool is almost 2 metres deep at the deep end. Pool inflatables are available to add to the fun of the pool.Plenty of garden furniture, sunbeds and a gas BBQ are provided for your enjoyment.

“Relaxing and comfortable family holiday villa close to amenities.”
Good location. Ideal family holiday villa with own pool. Close to local supermarkets, beach and other sightseeing attractions. Had a relaxing week with good weather. Very nice accommodation.

“Lovely quiet homely villa with superb pool”
Location was good with most amenities near such as various supermarkets Aldi and Carrefour. Beach is a 5-10 minute drive at Sant Antoni and there is plenty of parking along near there with Restaurants etc,. The water park Aquadiver is literally a 5 min drive and is a fantastic day out. You are pretty much within distance of most of the resorts along this particular stretch of coast due to the close proximity of the A7. The villa itself is well equipped and has pretty much everything you need. Beds are comfy and the air conditioning was a relief of a night. Outside area was really lovely especially the pool and the garden was nice for relaxing in. All in all a good relaxing holiday :)

“Lovely villa”
The villa was clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The outside terrace was lovely and it was good to be able to eat outside but be out of the sun. The children enjoyed having a pool to themselves and we had enough space for us all to relax. Mosquitoes also enjoyed us! As the villa is surrounded by countryside some mosquito repellent is a must!
