Kitchen (4 cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, washing machine). BBQ in the courtyard. 3 bath / bidet / WC. Upper floor: living room 25 m2, terrace of 30 m. Urb. Vilafortuny 2 km to Cambrils and 1 km to Salou: Villa "Cl Andorra 10". A very quiet place, sunny position, 30 meters from the sandy beach. It is Private: ground 270 m2. Porch, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking by the house.

“Home away from home!”
Spent a week at this property with 6 family members from 80 yrs to 16 yrs old. A lovely villa, perfect for my family. All needs catered for, two bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and living area with balcony~separate from the rest of the house. Plenty of bed linen and lots of towels, as well as basic household condiments supplied. We were warmly welcomed by the owner with snacks and drinks on the patio! Location superb, 20 meters from prom and beautiful beach,within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pharmacy. Bus stop around the corner. A lovely villa in a stunning location, we would love to return next year!!!
