“Would welcome the chance to visit Cape May again and this would be my "go to" place.”

A 4 night stay with 2 friends for an event at the Convention Center-it was perfect! NIcely kept, had everything we needed including a gracious landlord and 2 sweet whippet dogs! Great location, walkable everywhere we needed to be. There is nothing I can think of that would have improved our stay!
I must add I had to change my plans from the cottage to the 2nd floor property in the main house a couple times and the owner was most gracious and worked with me till we got it all sorted out.
Thanks George and the "girls" for an enjoyable stay!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in this cottage in late September 2013. The cottage is as nice inside as it is outside! The welcoming porch was a great place for al fresco dining, we eat breakfast there most days and went back out for wine and cheese in the late afternoon, so relaxing! The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The living room area is spacious and has both tv and music. The high ceilings offer beautiful sailboat decorations and a skylight. The kitchen is filled with whatever utensils you need for cooking or dining and has a full sized frig, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Up several stairs you will find a pretty bedroom with built in shelving and across the hall is the bathroom. The bathroom is unique as the tub is actually built into the floor! Up several more steps is another large bedroom with 2 beds. There are many windows to open for fresh air but also heat or a/c if you need it. The owner George is a wonderful guy, he is super knowledgable about all of Cape May and it's history along with recommendations for places to visit, entertainment and dining. We were lucky enough to have him over to the cottage for dinner one night and so enjoyed hearing about his connection to Cape May and the many changes through the years. Cape May itself was the perfect fall getaway. We spent days on the beach and nights walking all through the beautiful town and trying many different restaurants and had a great evening at the local theater. The cottage is located in a perfect spot, central to just about everything! We were truly surprised at how lively the area was at the time we were there, lots happening just about every night of the week and the small shops remained open till late evening. Hoping to return to the cottage again in the springtime!
Terry, thanks for the kind words, Happy New Year to you both … George

I wanted to kill a few days before a Friday meeting and had never been to Cape May. The beautiful exterior of the cottage at the Queen anne really called to my wife.
The cottage was spotless and very well appointed, including amenities like Dish TV , wifi and a full kitchen and well organized too. We were totally comfortable and had a wonderful time. I can't recall renting a nicer set of digs. Hats off 2 George !!!
a totally wonderful host.
