Luxury holiday accomodation with 2 bedrooms on the groundfloor in luxury community on the first beachline with frontal panoramic pool- and seaviews. W-LAN, NESPRESSO-coffee mashine and underground parking space (optional)!

We rent out an unique ground floor apartment with panoramic seaviews. The property is located on the very first beach line in luxury community with 4 pools. The holiday apartment is located just infront of the main (biggest) community pool offering amazing frontal pool- and seaviews.

The property has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards to a modern style. There is a lovely lounge area infront of the chimeney and dining area in the living room. Numerious unique decoratiions, pictures and mirror are creating a cosy ambience.

From living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the private garden and the main community pool. From the sunny terrace WITH GLASS CURTAINS! you enjoy also beautifuly seaviews. On the terrace is a large gardentable with 4 chairs, comfortable outside lounge consisting of a 4 seater sofa and coffe table. You will find also 2 private sunloungers.

Both bedrooms have spacious built-in waredrobes and en-suite-bathrooms with windows and under floor heating. The master bedroom has direct acces to the covered terrace and offers directly pool- and seaviews. Here you will find 2 singlebeds put togehter to a king size bed. In the second bedroom there are also 2 single beds.

Further the apartment offers a spacious wooden kitchen with all amenities, washing mashine and tumble dryer. The property has an air conditioning system throughout, underground parking place. There is wireless WLAN- internetacess available on extra costs.

The Costa del Sol is well known for its beautifully arranged and well kept golf courses, this is the reason why this area is also called Costa del Golf. As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past.

Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.

The individually designed buildings of La Perla de La Bahia are painted in different hues of aqua, azure, lavender and terracotta, and interspersed with beautifully landscaped, tropical gardens. In the centre of the gardens, edged by palm trees, inviting swimming pools are lined with deep blue mosaic tiles and surrounded by attractive terraces. You can user one or 4 (!) pools in total, each with sunbeds!

THE LOCATION/ AREA OF "LA PERLA":

The complex of LA PERLA DE LA BAHIA consits of 2 parts, offering in total 6 large community pools and a small children pool area. The bigger/ older part of the complex is located just on the sandy beach of Playa Ancha, offering 4 pools in total (2 heated in winter). The smaller/ newer part is located on the mixed beach of Playa Galera, offering 2 large pools and an extra childrens pool.

Beside both part of the complex you will find 3 restaurants in total: beachbar/ chiringuito LA SAL, restaurante BAHIA BEACH and the beach club of the near 5-star-hotel FINCA CORTESIN! All 3 restaurants in walking distance, so no need of a car for perfect meal and cold drink on the beachfront!

The village next door SAN LUIS DE SABINILLAS is located inless then a 1 km. distance, it has over 5000 inhabitants and offers a perfect infrastructure with a wild range of supermarkets (open even on Sundays in high season), bank offices with ATM mashines, pharmacies, bakery shops, small shops, bars, restaurants, travel agencies amdmuchmuch more…

The complex itselft is ideally located for daily trips towards many points on interest such as: Casares, Coin, Jerez de la Frontera, Marbella, Malaga, Ronda, Monda, Gibraltar, Tarifa, Cadiz, Cordoba, Granada, Seville and much much more. You can also visit the Spanish enclaves Ceuta und Mellia in Africa by speed boat! Whale watching tours in Tarifa are also highly recommended!

Need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

Need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS TO "LA PERLA":

As you travel from Malaga, please take the toll motorway indicated as E-15/ AP-7 in direction of Algeciras/ Cadiz for 85 kms. untill exit Nr.153 and follow then the coastal road indicated as A-7/ CN 340 in direction Algeciras/ Cadiz for another 6 roundabouts till the exit to Casares.

The complex of LA PERLA DE LA BAHIA is located just right onthe beach of your left hand side.
