We at Versteeg Vacations, offer our guests clean, comfy, and nicely furnished vacation homes. Equipped with amenities such as air-conditioning, induction stove, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, television, internet and a very relaxing balcony. It also has a separate toilet & bath with hot & cold shower, fresh linens, fresh towels, guest toiletries, kitchen tools to help you whip up that homemade meal, and a complimentary welcome basket awaits our guests making this charming home the perfect ambiance for that R&R. Enjoy the swimming pool, the gym and the many shops that are just right outside.
The home has 1 queen sized bed (2 adults/1 adult & kid/2 adults & 1 kid). This home is located within a condominium on the 5th floor, it’s very safe and comes with amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym and plenty of shops that can cater to many of your needs. The location is also great considering that it’s central to everything.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We will collect a $150 security deposit upon your arrival. This is in case damage might occur in the home. This amount is fully refundable during your check-out.

GUEST ACCESS:
The home is located on the 5th floor of the condominium, when you are staying with us, you have full access to the swimming pool and the gym that are the provided amenities. However, there is also a great balcony in the home where you can have your morning coffee or evening drink.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We value our guest comfort and experience that is why we would gladly accommodate any concerns or special request that you might have. We will be meeting you personally when you arrive and we also love to come over and say goodbye to you when you leave. In between, we try to provide as much as possible, but if there are any questions or concerns you can always message us.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The home is in a really great location, you are less than 10 minutes away from the SM Mall and about 10 minutes away from the Ayala Mall. You are basically in the middle!
Furthermore, the condominium has its own commercial area where you can find a laundry shop, pharmacy, peso store, fresh bread, coffee and some restaurants.

Ayala Mall: 10 Minutes

GETTING AROUND
The apartment security can assist you in getting a cab, however you are about 2 minutes away from walking to the main road where you may hail a cab or ride a Jeepney.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The property is gated and has a 24 hour guard on duty ensuring you're safety. Also, there might be some surprise treats personally from us coming your way, so please be advised.
Furthermore, this is a vacation home and if you are staying for a week, housekeeping will done once a week.
For guests staying 28 days or more, electricity and water will be billed separately after every month.
We also provide tours such as city tours, other package tours such as whale watching/island hopping tour. Depending on the weather and availability. Message us for more information.
