This newly furnished penthouse studio offers tranquil and unobstructed views in the middle of a bustling trendy business-technology zone with cafes, bars, good restaurants, spas, banks and a casino. The higher elevation drowns out any ground level noise. Unwind after a busy day on a queen sized bed looking out at the mountains. t is a well kept studio unit furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstand/study desk, entertain console and storage, clothing cabinet where you can put away your luggage, airconditioning unit, hot and cold shower, wireless internet (not a mobile wifi), cable service and a high definition TV, modern dining table for two people, electric water kettle, induction cooker with omelette pan, soup pot, safety hood, microwave oven, refrigerator, studio with utmost privacy. The building has a jogging path, a good sized swimming pool, an outdoor gym and breakfast places in the next corner building.

You are free to access the outdoor gym, swimming pool, outdoor jogging path. You have your room key and your privacy to your unit 24 hours a day during your day. There is free parking outside the building subject to availability. At night, it can fill up but there is no problem during the day. There is also a cheap paid parking lot in front of the building and is on a dirt lot. Security guards are around 24 hours a day.

The studio was as described, good location and really nice environment. The swimming pool was nice and clean. Would visit again.

Response from the owner First, despite reviewing based on accuracy of photos which shows the exact type of kitchen and induction cooker and all kitchen utensils, we sincerely are pleased that you had a safe and pleasant stay in the unit. It is a very well kept, very clean quality and universally decorated ultra safe location with free use of the pool and facilities. The induction cooker is there for utmost safety since it does not heat up with a has fired range or heated coils. The kitchen has a safety vent and hood for exhaust. The unit is for lease for light cooking as it is leased for short term stays. There is an omelette pan for breakfast, you have a bread toaster, a soup pot, rice cooker, microwave oven, a full sized freezer and refrigerator. It is a private studio unit and with that said, it is suitable for light cooking. If you want a gourmet kitchen, you need to rent a bigger condo with a bigger kitchen and of course, pay the price for it OR you can eat out at good tasting restaurants for $6 or $7. Sir, everything was clean and as described not to mention a great co host that showed you all the kitchen appliances. All our guests are delighted. This is not a fair review.
