Private sandy beach minutes away. This beautiful house could be your dream summer vacation place with super location convenient to both Cape Cod and Plymouth without the hassle of traffic jam on the bridges. lightly lived in this stunning contemporary was built as a vacation home.
The kids loved the deeded beach. Large first floor family room (1st floor, NO basement) . Second "sleeping floor" has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Third floor offers open dining and living area with soaring fireplace, great natural light, eat in kitchen all with access to decks over looking Cape Cod Bay and Ocean View and 1 half bath. Large open 4th floor loft.

“Quiet, secluded feel, roomy home”
House is situated on a hill with a nice view of the beach. Beach is easy to get to..walkable distance. Beach is a beautifully hidden and spacious...crowding was not an issue.
