“Beautiful home, great location, heated pool” This home has it all. It is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac on Glendale's arrowhead Lakes. This beautiful home is furnished with style and quality in mind. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for a large croud. The family room and eat in kitchen is the heart of the home. Large patio doors off the family room allows for indoor and outdoor living. A covered patio gave us shelter from the sun, while others enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the enormous surrounding deck. The heated diving pool was defiately a hit for everyone. Whether you relax around the pool or enjoy the shade from the covered deck, this place has it all. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens luxerious. The air conditioning provided comfortable tempuratures durig day and night. Just down the road is a grocery store and plenty of dining. A short drive will take you to all the shopping you'll want. Overall... a five star home and location. We will definately be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend this vacation property to everyone.

“Great Family Home” We stayed at Casa Saguaro for Thanksgiving week, 2016. There were two parents, two teenage boys and two grandmothers in our group. The house is beautiful and well-appointed, and the bedroom configuration worked well for our family. We could have used one more full bath, or an outdoor shower for post-pool rinsing, but it wasn't too much of an issue. The pool area is fantastic and we used the pool and spa every day, as well as the outdoor dining table. We also enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on a few nights. The location is pretty far from Central Scottsdale (Old Town), if that's where you plan to spend time, but it is in a gorgeous location where the desert is more lush, and there are quite a few shopping areas nearby, as well as Cave Creek and Carefree. All in all I really liked the location, especially if you plan to hike or bike as there are myriad places to do both nearby. We will definitely consider renting this house next time we are in Arizona!

“It was a Great Experience!” This was one of the best places I have ever stayed: everything inside the condo was new or almost new, perfectly clean, very comfortable furniture, lots of supplies, fully equipped kitchen, close to great shopping and restaurants, spent lots of good times by the pool and the owners were always friendly and available for any questions and best of all my deposit was given back to me without any issues of delays.

“Great break, perfect situation.” My family and I enjoyed the home. Making breakfast or enjoying a cocktail in the beautiful backyard after a day of exploring it was a perfect situation. “An amazing stay for our family!” This home is outstanding and made for a wonderful stay in the Phoenix area. My husband and I stayed at this home for 10 days with our 5 young children (ages 10 and under) and had a fabulous time. The home is beautifully decorated and everything was clean and in perfect condition for our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped. The home is located just a few minutes drive to downtown Cave Creek where we enjoyed the local restaurants, art shows, and hiking trails. It was also an easy drive (about 40 minutes) to attractions in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Guy was very pleasant to deal with to book this home and was very responsive to our questions. We had a great stay at this home and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

“Girls trip to Phoenix” We stayed here for four nights and the house was absolutely great! It fit 4 of us perfectly and we could have actually fit in a few more comfortably. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures show and the pool area is wonderful. It has a great BBQ area, lots of lounging chairs. I would highly recommend this house.

“Absolutely Amazing” Our experience staying here was absolutely amazing! The accommodations are a pool house in a beautiful 1-acre complex with a gate, separate building from the owners who live on-site. The house is immaculate, everything you need in provided, and you couldn't ask for a more relaxed and serene setting for a stay in Phoenix. The hostess was so gracious and helpful, we had everything we needed except for a coffee grinder, which she generally lent us her personal one. We had a fantastic time and we would recommend staying here to absolutely everyone! 5 stars, no questions asked!

“Delightful Stay at Troon North” We spent our spring break at Villa agave and enjoyed our stay immensely. The Villa was spacious, well-appointed and was located on a fairway of the Troon North golf course. The fairway was separated from the townhomes by a border of natural vegetation, helping to preserve privacy and habitat for native animals. We were awakened by the sound of coyotes howling near and far one evening. The Villa provided a convenient location for excursions into Scottsdale, Phoenix, Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We hiked up the nearby Pinnacle Peak (beautiful but strenuous and crowded) and into the McDowell Sonoran Preserve area. The property manager was responsive and my wife commented on how well-stocked the villa was regarding amenities and staples. While we did not make use of it, there was a community pool just a couple of cul-de-sac courts away. A very enjoyable experience we hope to be able to repeat.

“Very clean and beautiful home with all nice furnishings” Convenient to Cave Creek and Carefree with excellent resturants and some nice shops. About 30 minute drive to scottsdale and about one hour plus to Sedona. Close to grocery and drug stores. the property manager was very efficient in helping us with the area. I would highly recommend latitude 8 vacation rentals. And we will use them again
