“The perfect spot” My wife and I, and our best friends decided to take a weeks winter vacation in Flagstaff. We were looking for a good hotel when we decided to see if we could find a cabin or condo. Luckily this was one of the first we looked at, and all I can say is we are happy we picked it. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a successful vacation. We especially loved the fireplace for the cold mountain nights, and it didn't hurt that the 55 inch 3D tv was right next to it:). The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood, and is the perfect launching pad to everything whether it is Flagstaff, Sedona, Jerome, Grand Canyon or any of the many points of interest. Btw, Steve the owner is great and wants his quests to have a great time. Thanks Steve for the great vacation.

OASIS VILLA ON THE ARROWHEAD LAKES

Glendale house

“Beautiful home, great location, heated pool” This home has it all. It is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac on Glendale's arrowhead Lakes. This beautiful home is furnished with style and quality in mind. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for a large croud. The family room and eat in kitchen is the heart of the home. Large patio doors off the family room allows for indoor and outdoor living. A covered patio gave us shelter from the sun, while others enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the enormous surrounding deck. The heated diving pool was defiately a hit for everyone. Whether you relax around the pool or enjoy the shade from the covered deck, this place has it all. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens luxerious. The air conditioning provided comfortable tempuratures durig day and night. Just down the road is a grocery store and plenty of dining. A short drive will take you to all the shopping you'll want. Overall... a five star home and location. We will definately be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend this vacation property to everyone.

“Perfect location - ideal rental for the Verde Valley!!!” My husband and I found this rental and it was PERFECT!!! The studio was spotless, the location was ideal for all of our day trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Old town Cottonwood is super close and so quaint. The bed was so comfortable we asked where it came from so we can buy one for our home! It was so quiet, tranquil, and the pool is beautiful. We will definitely be back again!!!

“Best decision I've made all year!” My wife put me in charge of finding lodgings in Sedona and boy am I glad I chose this place! The owner was easy to reach and made booking a complete breeze. The condo was amazing. My wife and I have stayed in many vacation homes before but this one was by far the nicest, most well equipped home we have ever stayed in! The owners provide everything, even toothbrushes! The location was perfect with red rocks all around! My wife especially liked the large kitchen (I liked the barbecue out back!) and the pamphlets on things to do that the owners had left for us. Great place and we intend to come back again next year!!

“A lovely home with great amenities!” So happy with our stay at this gated home. It is so comfortable and located in a beauriful, quiet sub-division. It has an electric fireplace with remote and we did use it in Feb on cool nights. The bedding is elegant. Barbara supplied soaps, paper towels, and many amenities that are not usually available. The home was immaculately clean and came with beautiful dishes. All new appliances. Will definitely rent again next Feb!

About Arizona

Arizona is a mash-up of Native American, Mexican and American cultures. With college towns sprinkled between major metropolises like Tucson and Phoenix, this state possesses a most unique identity. Much of the state is made up of wild, rugged, untamed terrain that takes on a majestic and spiritual quality in the sprawling Sonoran Desert. There is plenty in Arizona to attract both nature lovers and those who prefer the comforts and amenities of civilization, from campgrounds in Arizona to the bright lights of Phoenix.

Some of Arizona's most famous attractions include:

  • The Grand Canyon: Arizona's signature attraction is the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon, which attracts millions of visitors every year and is one of America's most iconic and incredible nature sites. It is the most popular of the many Arizona National Parks in the state.
  • Tonto Natural Bridge: The world's largest natural travertine bridge, Tonto Natural Bridge is located about 10 miles north of the city of Payson and offers one of the most unique viewing experiences in the continental United States.
  • Phoenix: A cosmopolitan oasis in the midst of Arizona's deserts, Phoenix buzzes with cultural events, museums, theaters, professional sports and brims with southwestern pride. If you're bringing the family on your trip, remember that many of the amusement parks in Arizona are located in the greater Phoenix area.
  • Monument Valley: Located in the Navajo Nation near the Arizona-Utah border, Monument Valley is home to the state's starkest and most unique desert landscapes.
  • World-class golf courses: Some of the country's best-reviewed and most scenic golf courses are located in Arizona, and with year-round warm weather, anytime is the perfect time to get your game on. Golf Arizona packages are widely available through online and traditional travel agencies.

Arizona's hot, dry climate makes it a perfect place to visit any time of year. Getting a cabin or a condo vacation rental for your stay in Arizona is a smart alternative to renting a hotel room. These accommodations offer more space and privacy, and they are widely available whether you want to rough it in the wilderness or base your visit in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tucson or any of the state's other major cities.

If you want to explore the surrounding area, remember that Arizona borders Mexico to the south. You can also head into neighboring California, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico or Colorado by using Arizona's easily accessible Interstate highway system.

Perfect Weekend

The house was everything we hoped for. Kid and adult friendly. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for all 9 of us to spread out comfortably throughout the house. The house had everything we needed for easy meals and swimming. The patio area was a great hangout area and the pool was incredible. The owner was amazing, quickly responded to all questions and was very kind. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Havasu.see more

Decent Price for Group Stay

I'll start with the positives: Our group of 18 overall enjoyed our stay. I wouldn't recommend putting more than 18 in this home--a group this size filled the home. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels and dishes for the group. It was great having the pool, hot tub, and putting green. The foosball table is in pretty rough shape, but we enjoyed using it during our stay. Things that could have been improved: We needed some extra sheets for a roll-away bed, extra toilet paper, and trash bags. I reached out to the number that was provided on the first day of our stay and was told the cleaning crew would bring these items by. This never happened, so we had to purchase toilet paper and trash bags. The owner also tried to charge $450 for the pool heating for 3 days, when the listing stated the charge is $100/day. This was rectified after I referenced the price in the listing. For the price, this house is a good option, but be wary that the communication with the owner is lacking.see more

Pandemic in the Red Rocks

Frances’ house was the perfect place to isolate during early weeks of Covid crisis - a very comfortable and well appointed home. I read eight books selected from the library shelves which spanned an entire wall top to bottom. The panoramic views from the rooftop deck are breathtaking. Many hiking trails are accessible straight from the house. We made easy visits to Oak Creek and Walnut Canyons, Meteor Crater, Tuzigoot and Montezuma Castle ruins. In addition to touring the immediate Sedona area, we also traveled to historic towns of Jerome and Prescott. Of Course, I had to stand on the corner in Winslow, Arizona, to let that girl in a flatbed Ford slow down to take a look at me!see more
