Description

For your fun and enjoyment is our vacation home in beautiful San Tan Valley, AZ. The house is located approximately 30 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport, or one hour from Phoenix Sky Harbor, and 90 minutes from Tucson International Airport. The home is located in beautiful Johnson Ranch which boasts an 18 hole golf course, three heated community pools, hot tubs, multiple tennis courts, volleyball courts, play grounds, soccer fields, softball fields and a kids fishing pond. Also within the golf club is a great restaurant and bar! Just outside the neighborhood are shopping centers and countless other outdoor activities and restaurants. Since we enjoy Arizona and all the things the area has to offer, including the warm winter time weather, we decided to buy this home. Since we are unable to use the home full time, we thought we should give everyone the opportunity to enjoy this amazing area! We picked Johnson Ranch for it's amenities and it is a safe place to bring the entire family.

The house itself is 1500 square feet, three bedrooms and two full baths. It has a large living room which overlooks the fully landscaped and private backyard. There is a gorgeous pool and lounge chairs. The front sitting room is quiet and includes a comfortable sleeper sofa for extra guests.

The master bedroom has a king size pillow top bed and private bath, one guest room has a full size bed, and the second guest room has a full bottom bunk and a twin top bunk. There is a second full bath just outside of the other two bedrooms.

The granite kitchen is open and roomy and overlooks the living room and boasts stainless steel appliances with modern cabinetry. New carpet and tile work completed in June of 2018.

The house is clean, comfortable and very private. This is our personal residence (when vacationing) and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. We take pride in offering a clean, quiet home with quick, honest communication between us and you.

Our backyard pool is not heated. The pool temperature fluctuates with the weather. In the summer, the pool is warm but refreshing. In the winter, its chilly! All three community pools are heated to 85 degrees year round and each has a hot tub. There is a community pool within a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive from our home.

A one time cleaning fee of $100 is charged for each booking (please see below).

To guarantee a booking, please email me or call us immediately. We cannot guarantee a time without doing one of the two. We receive multiple emails a week and do not guarantee a reservation without speaking to you in person.

***Please Note*** If you intend to book our home and not treat it well, leave excessive amounts of garbage, smoke in or near the home, or not respect our home, we will not return your deposit. If our cleaner requires extra time because of the way you left our home, that will be deducted from your deposit. So far this has only happened once in several years.

We have made every effort to offer a nice, affordable vacation rental. But due to a very small percentage (1 so far) of guests, we must advise of the above. All of our past guests have been awesome and we hope to keep it that way.

Deposits for reservations cancelled within 45 days of stay will not be returned.

How do damage deposits work?
