Luxury decorated studio apartment with terrace in old town. Located in stone wall villa on the first floor of the four-storey house in a quiet street. It is only few steps walk from the city's entire tourism attractions and near bus station, ferry port, train station, Riva, Diocletian's Palace, etc. ..). Great choice for exploring city.

All city restaurants, coffees, ,shops and a summer stage for concerts and festivals are there.
It is a luxury studio apartment of 35m2+ terrace with view on old Split street. Apartment have fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, flat screen TV, internet access, great double bed, radio, air- conditioner . It is a unique space at unique location, airy, with many windows .

Ideal for couples or friends.

“Lovely apartment in central Split”

This apartment was a great find, situated minutes away from the shops and all the sights yet with easy reach of the Riva and Marjan hill. The apartment was serviced each day and Tonka (the owner) made sure we had everything we needed. We had a our own private terrace which we really loved. The only downside was that it was quite noisy at night which didn't really bother us, but might be more of a problem in high season. We will certainly stay here again when we next visit Split which is our favourite city in Coatia.
