This lovingly cared for, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Chatham home with open floor plan and hardwood floors throughout is located on a cul-de-sac in a pleasant neighborhood. This home is only .5 mile from Cockle Cove Beach or .2 mile from Taylor's Pond where you can launch a kayak or paddleboard and paddle into Nantucket Sound. The first floor consists of a spacious living area, dining area, kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom and laundry area. Two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and an additional living area with queen sleep sofa complete the second floor. This home boasts a large wrap-around deck with gas grill, dining area and lounge chairs, perfect for barbeques or just relaxing. Amenities include central AC, outside shower, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD player, HiFi Denon home audio for music and movies with Bluetooth, CD, AM/FM radio. 4 Cars Max.
