This nicely updated 3+ bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house is just .2 mile from popular Ridgevale Beach. Common space abounds with two living areas, a den and a sun room, all on the main floor. The newly remodeled kitchen is quite spacious and has all new appliances. The master bedroom with king bed and twin pull-out, queen bedroom, bunk room and additional full bathroom are all located on the second floor. Access to the upper deck with comfortable furniture and views of Nantucket Sound is through the queen bedroom as well as an exterior staircase. This rental home has all of the conveniences necessary for a comfortable stay including central AC, washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, patio with furniture, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Taxes and fees apply. NO PETS / NO SMOKING / LINEN OPTION AVAILABLE
