Magnifique villa moderne, neuve, 3 chambres, située en hauteurs dans le bas de la colline de Chaweng Noi. Piscine à débordement avec grande terrasse et superbe vue panoramique sur la baie de Chaweng et Koh Phangan.

Une villa familiale décorée avec beaucoup de gout par une décoratrice professionnelle, avec une architecture moderne d’un seul niveau, située à Chaweng Noi. Elle dispose d'une vue mer panoramique a 180 degrés sur la mer et la cocoteraie, à quelques minutes seulement de Chaweng et Lamai. Entièrement privatisée.

3 chambres décorées différemment avec des objets design et contemporains, avec lits king size 180, air conditionné, dressing et salle de bain indépendante pour chaque chambre, vasques et douche Italienne.

Deux chambres avec de larges baies vitrées vue mer.

Une chambre avec terrasse vue cocoteraie.

Le living room est composé d’un vaste salon « open space », grande table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir 10 invités, canapé et méridienne, télévision 55’ Smart Ready TV.

Cuisine entièrement équipée.

De la terrasse et du salon vous pourrez admirer une magnifique vue sur la cocoteraie et sur la mer. Bains de soleil et large sun bed sous le Sala devant la piscine pour profiter de la vue.

La Villa est très bien située a proximité de Lamai 15 mn et Chaweng 10 mn.

Accès assez pentu à la route d’accès à la villa sur les quelques derniers mètres.

Aéroport à 20 mn, Hôpital international 5mn, Supermarché à 8mn, restaurants et plage à 3 mn.
