“Great Vacation Home” Just went for two days for the kids mid-winter vacation. The place was lovely. It was very clean and well organized. The beautiful wood and great fireplace created a warm charming atmosphere. Great size bedrooms. Mark was just wonderful to deal with. He was flexible and his instructions for the use of everyting was very clear. We had a large group and found it very comfortable. We would highly recommend it.

“The cabin provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation” Simple Pleasures at Hidden Springs Resort was everything we were hoping for our relaxing vacation. The cabin was private yet in a great location for all of the attractions. Every amenity we needed was provided at the cabin. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after each days' adventures. “Cabin great - Customer Service not so much!” We arrived on Saturday at 6:15. Our information was in a lockbox. When we got to the cabin we could not get in. Had neighbors come over to show us and they could not get the door open either. After 20 minutes called number given for maintenance and the woman was extremely rude and nasty. Finally found out we were given the wrong code. Hot tubs needed water, phoned three separate times just asking for a hose so we could fill it - never received one. Cabin itself was spacious, clean and beautiful. Pictures are deceiving on outside as cabins are all very close together and trees block the view from the decks. Other than that, beautiful!

“Great place - Great location!” Great cabin close to downtown & Smoky Mtn Natl park. My kids really enjoyed having the pool table. Perfect for our family of 4, but could easily accommodate 6-8 people comfortably. Close to Bypass so if not going into downtown Gatlinburg, could easily avoid that traffic. All in all a great stay.

“Smokies Family Vacation” I was pleased with the overall ease of the booking and the checking-in processes. The cabin we stayed in was a nice cabin for our stay as we only used it to sleep in and stay in minimally because we were out most of the time doing other family activities. The only thing I would have changed about the stay at this cabin was the outside VIEW. One of the things I value most when staying at the Great Smokies is a cabin with a great VIEW, which I did not get with this one so if you are one who values a good view from your cabin stay make sure to look into your booking and make sure you're getting that or ask about the view prior to your booking.

“Tennessee Cabin” It was a very straight forward rental, we checked the website saw a few that we were interested in and called the office. After speaking with the agent and telling her our preferences she suggested one that would best fit our needs and we completed the arraignments. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we will look forward to returning.

“Lucky Logs” The place was very nice, I didn't realize it was a duplex, I know photos can be deceiving. I know getting a place close to town you have to give up some things, heard traffic all night long since we were on the road, but the convenience of being close to town made up for it.

“Our 2013 TN family vacation” Our family loved the decks and the view of the mountains. The cabin was nice, enough bedroom space for our ten members. The pool was a highlight for all of us as the kids kept cool and busy enjoying their swim time. We usually have yard space when we rent so missed being able to do our outdoor games, etc. The water heater was not working properly but we were able to fix it temporarily. The maintenance guy was very nice and was able to fix most of the problems. Not having the washer work was a problem as we did not pack lots of extra clothes. We liked the location in that it was not far to Kroger and Pidgeon Forge, etc. Thanks again as we always have fun when we are together. I liked the padded dining room chairs as we played games a lot. We had the upstairs bedroom and that was very nice. We adults liked the shelter at the pool as that provided shade and a place to sit and play cards. That was also a plus.
