Description

Beach at 50 meters and town Trogir at 1 kilometer makes the location perfect. Great pool area and the best beach right there make your stay pleasurable.

The house is sunbathed from the south and cooled with the wind from the sea. A great ambient of the Mediterranean.

Main comparative advantage to this property is GREAT LOCATION. Make your research on the location of the place you wish to stay at, or you could stay too far from both beach and the old town.

Ruhige Lage und alles in Ordnung. Kleinere Mängel im Haus, aber sehr sauber. Nur eine Klimaanlage schade. Sonst sehr zufriedenstellend.

“Fantastic stay”

Group of 10 friends from the UK stayed in this lovely modern villa on Ciovo Island. Very clean and spacious, with a high standard of furnishings for the price. The location is near perfect with fantastic range of amenities that could cater for all tastes just a short walk away. The owners were very friendly - always available to assist us without being intrusive. They helped us to organise our week suggesting nearby activities and day trips that helped make our holiday a special and memorable one! Would recommend to anyone!

“beautiful modern villa, pool fantastic, very close to the sea”

We had a wonderful holiday in Okrug Gornji . The villa was of a high standard, exceptionally clean and light. The swimming pool was fantastic, our youngest daughter enjoyed hours of fun. Danica and her family were very welcoming and friendly as were all of the locals who we met. The closest beach was across the road and to the right of the villa, beyond the caravan park. It was beautiful and was less rocky. The main beach which was 5 mins walk away. was stunning, but watch out for sea urchins, they were everywhere! Here there were restaurants and a supermarket. Leonardo restaurant was very welcoming, the food was always good. I recommend the fish-picnic boat trip to the island of Solta. It starts at 9.30 am from Trogir which is about 10 mins walk away but on quite a busy road. It was fantastic, the islands are incredible. We will definitely visit Croatia again.
