Description
Our Rocky Mountain Retreat with a Mountain View is a vacation property in Colorado. The house is located only 10 miles from Colorado Springs, 8 miles from Manitou Springs and 5 miles to Woodland Park. You can walk to historic center of Green Mountain Fall community to enjoy a beautiful lake and park there, as well as a community swimming pool and some wonderful local restaurants (Mucky Duck, Pantry, etc). A lot of sightseeing, lakes, trails, historic towns around. We have a big clearing in front of the house where you can observe a lot of wildlife almost every morning and at sunset. We saw deer, foxes, elks, squirrels many times.The house offers a wonderful view and a great location. Santa"s Workshop is just a few minutes away. Pikes Peak Highway that can take you to the summit of Pikes Peak starts right here too..We are a few miles to Dinosaur Museum, an actual working laboratory kids and adults will enjoy.. We have a new BBQ grill on the deck, a patio table with a small fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows, new big screen TV . Relax with a glass of wine on the patio or a cup of coffee in the morning and let natural scenery unfold its beauty...All bedrooms are furnished with custom made aspen log furniture, brand new pillow top mattresses, 2 sets of new leather furniture in the living room. We have remodeled two bathrooms with contemporary vanities. House has 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. It is ideal for ideal for 6 adults and 2 children or 8 guests max occupancy if you have children in your party.
We rent this beautiful house at $1750/week for 2 guests and $1950/week for 3-4 guests) or $2100/wk for 5-6 guests. Max occupancy is 6 adults or 8 guests if you have children if your party. Deposit of $450 is required.

Response from the owner The living area is upstairs with 2 sets of leather furniture and big flat screen TV. The basement area is not a living room. The parking is very easy and suitable for 3 cars max. There is no hill. It is a level parking. As always in the winter a 4 wheel drive is recommended in the mountains.
