“Great little getaway.” My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs and it was great to have a nice, clean and comfortable place to spend our evenings following days of "adventure" in the mountains. From Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls and the train ride into the Royal Gorge to quiet evenings at "home" in this well appointed little Victorian cottage . . . wish we could have spent a couple more days. Carrie was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this as a home away from home. The kitchen was well equipped as well as washer & dryer for laundry (neither of which I used), although I had good intentions. LOL! Thanks, Carrie, for your wonderful hospitality. “Cabin review” We really enjoyed our stay the cabin was clean and comfortable. The cabin was very nice looking and looks like it is taken care of. The cabin had everything we needed. Microwave, coffee machine etc... Thanks much for everything see you soon again.

“peaceful” Very comfortably furnished, with many amenities. The creek outside of the front door was peaceful and relaxing. Please furnish some comfortable chairs for the porch; as there were none. My family came from Japan and Peru with grandchildren ranging from 17 months, 6 yrs. and two teenagers. We had a grand time cooking breakfast and sitting around the large dining room table. A short walk to the free bus to take us into Vail itself. We liked the privacy and quiet surroundings of our cabin.

“A Pleasure” Minutes away from Durango, this spacious abode was a countryside delight. The house was very comfortably appointed, and with owner renovations, no needs or desires were unmet. And had something unexpected happen (nothing did), this couple would have found an answer in a down home minute. They live on the ranch property, but were seldom seen except for an occasional interlude when we sought information about local sights or places to eat in town. We would happily stay there again.

“Close to Lions Head” The property is very clean and close to Lions Head. The house accommodated our large group comfortably. The fire place was my favorite feature, with openings on 3 sides; plenty of wood to keep burning. It is not a true "ski in/out" but it is a short walk to the run that leads to the gondola at Lions Head. Great property overall! Items told to the property manager to improve: The oven/stove do not cook true to temp & the knives need sharpening. She said she would address those issues immediately. We chose to cook all of our meals at home, and the kitchen set up allowed us to do so easily. Having a grill on the deck was awesome! The internet went down while we were there and the property manager drove up the next day to reset it. Lovely property and we will stay here again.

“Perfect for the price and location!” We stayed in cabin #4....for the price and location, we were very happy! The accommodations were not spiffy and new but adequate. The bathroom was tidy and clean as was the bedroom and kitchenette. We brought our own food except salt and pepper. The Three Rivers does not supply any kind of "food" or edibles so bring your own salt and pepper. That was the only think lacking. We would go back without question. The location is close to the Taylor River Canyon, Crested Butte and Gothic. 'The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed ourselves!

“Great Vacation with the loveliest views” We stayed at Trout creek ranch and fromn the moment we got there was a very nice experience. We loved tha fact that there is a nice view from every room you are in. We used the different decks around the house, grilled in their outdoor grill and sat in one of their decks having wine while we enjoyed the warmth of an outdoor chimney. thanks for a great vacation.

“A great stay--we would definitely come back!” This house was a sweet surprise in this tiny town of Parshall. Wonderful touches throughout the house. The owners were great and easy to work with. If we head back that way for another vacation, we would stay there again.

“Outstanding accommodations!” We loved everything about the house! We have rented all over the world and this is by far my favorite. The house was beautifully furnished, great location and outstanding hosts. It was really neat to see a small bear and deer in the morning watching us from the rec room. Don’t pass this one up! We will be back!

“Great House!” This is a great house for two families. There were 12 of us total and there was plenty of room. The deck area with the hot tub and fire pit are great. We had a couple of maintenance issues and they responded very quickly. The only negative is that the walk to the shuttle stop is too far if you have small children in ski boots. We paid the $25 daily parking at the lifts instead of walking to the shuttle.

“Nice and cozy, close to Pagosa Springs” My wife and I wanted a long weekend in the mountains over Thanksgiving, and wanted to explore the snowshoeing trails, Wolf Creek ski area, and the shopping, restuarants and hot springs nearby Pagosa Springs. This cabin was perfect for the two of us, and had plenty of space probably for another couple or 2-3 kids. Its fully furnished, so we made a lot meals at the cabin and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Loved having my coffee and enjoying the sunrise and amazing views off to the east. The fireplace was cozy, and we spent each night in front of the fire with a DVD or just relaxing with a good book. We bought a week long pass to The Springs hot spring resort, which is right downtown and about a 5 minute drive from the cabin, and we highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting, very relaxing and several different pools with various temperatures, and cool views of the San Juan river. If you want quaint, affordable, quiet and cozy - this is perfect. Thanks Christy for the great place to stay - we will be back! Brandt and Michele

“Worry free week!” Our recent trip to Three Rivers Resort was awsome. The staff was so helpful in every way they could be. After my initial reservation, I had circumstances that caused me to adjust the schedule two times. The staff was very understanding and courteous. The hospitality of all of the employees was excellent. Also the food at the Restaraunt was delicious and reasonably priced. This was a great opportunity for us to introduce a family friend to Colorado for the first time!! Definitely do recommend to all.
