This large, pet friendly waterfront duplex home is divided into two private units. This is the bottom level unit which is a 1350 square foot open floor plan 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, open dining and living room. With huge windows facing the water, the view is spectacular with plenty of natural sunlight throughout the home. Enjoy your private patio from right outside the master bedroom or living room.
This home is gorgeous! Perfectly decorated by the owners, everything was handpicked with the colors being extremely calming and the feel of a warm cozy home. This is a perfect place for friends or families. Enjoy cooking meals in your fully stocked large kitchen or explore one of our many fabulous restaurants here on the island.
The water view is outstanding! Enjoy sitting out on the patio sipping your morning coffee overlooking one of the Laguna Madre canals. The canal is very wide with access for large offshore boats and we have plenty of room to park your boat on property.
The most popular water sports include fishing, surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, water skiing, kite boarding and sailing. With quick access to the Inter-coastal waterway from our dock, you can enjoy fishing at any time!
Laguna Madre and surrounding areas offer excellent bay and offshore fishing as well as duck, dove, and deer hunting. If your group is interested in a guided fishing or hunting trip, let us know and we can provide information on services and packages offered through our guide partner.
This location is ideal! Our property is just a few minutes from Schlitterbahn water park, fantastic beaches, and mouthwatering menu’s at our local restaurants. One of the best boat ramps on the island is just a block away and we are right across the street from a community park where you can take a nice stroll or watch the kids play.

Need more space? Planning to vacation with friends or family and want to stay together but also desire privacy? No problem, because our property has 2 units! This listing is for Unit A, which is downstairs and sleeps 10. Upstairs is Unit B, which sleeps 8, so both units could accommodate a group of 18!

“Very cozy”
Loved how close to the beach we were!!! Also loved the local food. We also got to see a turtle release at the National Park the younger kids got a thrill of a lifetime.
