"Sunnyview" VV Licenced Holiday apartment, sleeps 4 plus a travel Cot for baby & conveniently located for Corralejo Centre, Water Park (See Photos) and the lovely flag beach. Coveniently placed for the supermarket, Restaurants, Shops, Taxi Service & Corralejo.
You have all the amenities of home along with washing machine, microwave, full oven, ironing facilities, LCD TV, Superfast Fibre Broadband, 56 UK TV Channels ie BBC, ITV, C4, C5, E4, Movies, Dave, CBBC, Cbeebies etc & large selection of DVDs. 2 Communal fresh water pools one viewable from the terrace.
Two bedrooms, one double, one twin & each with fitted cupboards & a window and also a cot. The kitchen includes modern ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave & fridge freezer along with kettle, toaster and marble work surfaces.
Modern and stylish tiled shower room with beautiful pebble features, modern fixings and none slip flooring tiles. Shower holder for all accessories and frosted window with child safety lock.
You will have a spacious & Bright lounge with sliding doors leading to balcony with views. Modern dining area with 4 dining chairs. There are views of the area from the lounge, balcony, bedrooms and shower room.
There is a 25ft x 14ft Terrace which is very spacious and equipped with Table, Chairs and Sun loungers along with washing machine and drying facilities. From the terrace you get views of the adult and child pools, Sea, Corralejo and Cactus Gardens. The whole property is secure behind a lockable gate.
As stated there is also a seperate balcony with seating and lighting which overlooks the surrounding area incl the dramatic Calderon Hondo volcano. The balcony is shaded in the morning so with the sun terrace you have the option of sun and shade all day long.
Mid holiday linen clean included in fortnightly booking but more linen cleans are available on request. English speaking representative at hand if required.

The lounge has patio doors leading to a balcony where you can view the surrounding area and relax. The whole property is very modern with units in the lounge, Free WiFi, 56 Main UK TV Channels, LCD TV, DVD, CD Radio, new modern sofa and a separate modern leather lounge chair. There are also two reading lamps for your convenience and the walls are decorated with picture and ornaments.
The dining area consists of modern table and leather/chrome chairs and has a window which overlooks the gardens.
The kitchen has full utensils and amenities including fitted cupboards, marble worktop, sink unit, modern Halogen Hob and a window which overlooks the terrace so you can keep an eye on you children. There is also a breakfast table and 2 leather/chrome breakfast chairs.
The Master Bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes with safe,electric fan for comfort and a window.
The second bedroom is of a good size and includes twin beds, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, window overlooking gardens and an additional fan.

The solarium/roof terrace is on the same level as the apartment and is behind a lockable gate for added security. Includes outside Solar lighting on stairway. sun loungers and table and chairs . You will be able to sun bathe all day on the terrace using the loungers and relax at night but if you prefer there is a separate Balcony giving you both options of sun or shade.

“Superb apartment and location”
Would like to thank Jane and Carl for a great stay in their Sunnyview Appartment. You can never go wrong with comfy beds for starters and a well equipped place to stay. The grounds and communal pool are well maintained and when we stayed in March very quite. Location wise only a 15-20 minute walk into the centre, depending on how desperate you are for a cold beer!!. Would certainly recommend and will stay again no doubt.

“Awesome holiday!”
Had such a great time in this lovely located apartment, the apartment has everything you need, even English TV (great for while Wimbledon was on). Lovely Big terrace to soak up the sun and then two big pools to choose from to cool down. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from in centre. Supermarkets situated at either end of the road apartment is on. Water park a ten minute walk away and flags beach a short taxi drive away is amazing. Thank you Jane and Carl will def be back soon!!

“Home from home”
We stayed in this fantastic apartment at the end of October, it truly was an amazing week, the apartment had absolutely everything you needed, the complex was nice and quiet with two lovely pools, just what we needed to relax. The main town is about a 20 minute walk however it was good excercise, there is a large supermarket up the hill which is about a 10 minute walk. Could not fault anything, loved Corraeljo and we will definitely return.
