Stunning luxury 3 bed detached villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac and benefits from its own private garden, spacious roof terrace with stunning sea views over looking Isla de Lobos and Lanzarote from which to watch the sun go down. This new property has been tastefully decorated and furnished to provide maximum comfort, has it's own large heated swimming pool (optional), sun loungers, patio tables and chairs and a barbecue for alfresco dining.
Excellent local shops, restaurants, cafes and the new Baku Theme and Water Park are all within a short walking distance, the villa is ideal for families and couples.

All linen and bath towels are provided. We ask you to bring your own towels for the swimming pool and beach.
The villa will be available from 15:00 on the first day of the rental period (unless otherwise agreed).
The villa must be vacated by 10:00 on the last day of the rental period (unless otherwise agreed).
A refundable deposit of £150 to cover damage / breakages will also be due upon confirmation of the booking, and will be returned to you after the holiday, assuming that no damages or breakages occurred.
A deposit of £200 to be paid at time of booking and the balance 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
The pool heater is available for £45.00 per week.

The villa is all on one level so ideal for the young and elderly, the living areas are light, airy and open planned with two sets of patio doors leading onto the terraces and pool area. Bedrooms and bathrooms can be closed of from the living areas by a door given those in bed peace and quiet, great for families!
The Master bedroom has its own patio doors leading onto the terraces and pool area, has its own en suite bathroom with A bath and shower. Both bath/shower rooms have bidets the main bathroom having a double walk in power shower . All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and fixed ceiling fans. There is a hairdryer available.
For your pleasure In the living area there are a good selection of books, board games/ cards, many DVDs for the young and old to watch on the large screen tv, online UKTV and CDs to listen to.

The villa has its own private heated swimming pool with Roman steps leading you into the water. There is a poolside shower for your convenience.
The large terrace/patio areas include 6 sun loungers, 2 large tables and reclining chairs, sun parasol and barbecue.
The stairway from the patio leads to the sun roof terrace which has stunning views looking out to the sea Isla de Lobos and Lanzarote and in the other direction fabulous mountain views. This terrace has 4 sun loungers for you to soak up the all year round sun shine in private

“nice place to stay”
a large villa with swimming pool, quite spacious and was very nice to stay in, the bathrooms are really nice and modern and updated and villa would be excellent if all the other rooms were updated too, but overall a nice place to stay, not long to walk into corralejo town and villa in a quite area, the owners hosts were very helpful. The supermarkets not far away either, The swimming pool was very clean and the host came to clean it few times during our stay,Ray the owner was very quick to reply to our questions Also if you eat or drink anything make sure to clean or tidy away straight after as these little spider insects were very quick to come, so don’t leave anything out.

Villa amplia, estupenda piscina, bien situado. Enseres correctos y buen estado Inconvenientes: no hay TV en español y si vas con niños es un problemilla. Quizás falta algo de mimo en el cuidado exterior de la vivienda para clasificarla como 10. Recomendable totalmente

“Lovely clean and perfect villa”
Me and my wife have stayed at this villa 4 times now and are about to book it again this time with our 2 kids. Perfect locations very clean very spacious pool is kept clean regularly close to shops and supermarkets. Would highly recommend this villa and very pleased with the level of communication and help from ray and stephanie. They both ensure that you have a nice and comfortable stay and always available should u need to speak to them.

“Fantastic spacious villa”
We stayed here for 11 nights recently and had a fantastic time. The villa is the most spacious we have stayed in, the outside patio areas are excellent for a family of four/six and the pool is also a good size-we didn’t pay for it heating and it was a lovely temperature. Lovely and clean on arrival inside with three very good sized bedrooms, en-suite, large lounge with English TV if desired ( make sure you unplug the black cable on the back of the router and then plug back in to make it work!) and speedy WiFi, and a good sized kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable indeed and all mattresses and mattress protectors looked brand new. There are lots of extra duvets if needed in the wardrobes but as it was so hot we just used the duvet covers provided. We had a couple of barbecues-there is an excellent barbecue outside and a large table to eat at, also an extra seating area which gets a little more shade. There were 6 sun beds provided and ample space for all of them. The villa is very secure with a lockable entrance gate and key safe. A three minute walk gets you to a drinks store with some food, a further five minutes on foot to a well-stocked Hyperdino supermarket on the roundabout. There is also a Spar on the main road of shops (approx 20 minute walk) which has everything you might need with cheaper prices. The villa is well positioned in the residential area of Corralejo and it only takes around 25 mins to get to the numerous restaurants along the sea front on foot. There are many high end designer shops on the way as well as local souvenir shops. There was a little confusion from the taxi driver (Ziptransfers, who I would recommend-€72 return from airport with private taxi) about where exactly to drop us off. I would make sure you look at the detailed map the owners send out prior to arrival, which is extremely helpful, and show the taxi driver that the villa is off Calle Chorletijo. We had a great holiday and I would thoroughly recommend this villa! The photos don’t do it justice.
