Sleeps 8. 3 bedroom luxury villa with private pool, garden and roof terrace. Satellite TV. Near Baku water park. Approximately 1km from the centre of Corralejo. Bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a short walking distance. 10/15 minutes walk to various beaches. 30 minutes drive to a golf course. Ideal for couples and families.The villa arranges of a Policarbonato telescopic cover1.20m high,we also arranges of a conditioner for the swimming pool,it´s price is 60 pounds a week.
This detached luxury villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with its own drive-way. This new property has been tastefully furnished with a rustic feel. The property boasts a large private swimming pool and walled garden area with sun loungers and BBQ, in addition there is a spacious roof terrace from which you can enjoy panoramic views of the island. It is approximately 1km from the centre of Corralejo and the famous sand dunes. Bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a short walking distance.
Spacious master double bedroom with patio doors leading to garden area. Wardrobe, hairdryer, fan, two bed side cabinets, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have twin beds, wardrobe, one bed side cabinet and fan.
The large en-suite bathroom features jacuzzi bath and shower. Additionally, there is a large fully tiled family shower room, wc, bidet, sink with overhead mirror.The villa is on all one level and is furnished to a high standard. “Lovely villa with very helpful owner”
Fuertecharter boat trip was highlight of the holiday. Beaches at El Cotillo also feature highly. The owner, Juan Antonio was very accommodating and helpful.

“Overall, I'd class this villa as good value for money.”
We stayed over Christmas 2013 and had a lovely time. The villa is approx 15 minute walk to the start of the main town of Corralejo and a 10-15 minute walk to the main Mercadona supermarket. I wouldn't say a car is essential but it is a nice luxury to have the option to use. The villa itself was great. It had all the essential items that you would need for cooking and the BBQ was great. Our contact Juan Antonio was always very helpful and easy to contact if needed. My only minor down point was the lack of English speaking tv stations except for 2 news channels. Hardly a major issue when the sun is shining though. Overall, I'd class this villa as good value for money.
