A beautiful, spacious and well furnished villa in excellent condition in a well maintained, conveniently located in 5 star residential complex called El Sultán with beautiful surroundings in safe gated but quiet complex. Close to main shopping centres, Acua (formerly Baku) Water Park as well as local bars and restaurants. 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and direct pool view. Located in a fabulous highly sought after Arabic inspired complex with 2 adult pools and 2 children's pools. It comes fully equipped with kitchen with oven, 4 plate hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave. . Three bedrooms sleeping 7 plus travel cot available on request. Ultra fast 300 MB/sec fibre internet throughout the house & UK HDTV are available.
The villa has 4 terraces ideal for eating outside with table, chairs & parasol provided and sun loungers for use of guests, ideal for sunbathing (as all main terraces face south) or for relaxing in the evening.
The nearest restaurants, bars, bakery & botanical gardens with childrens playground are located just across the road. El Campanario which has a large supermarket, many bars & restaurants, a bowling alley, craft markets and entertainment is only a few minutes walk away. The nearest beach is also within a 5 minute walk. Corralejo main street leading to the music square and harbour are a 10 minute walk away. The famous sand dunes are a short distance away.

“Wheelchair Fiendly Holiday”
This apartment was just what we were looking for. A short distance from the centre, we had a relaxing week of peace and quiet in the sun, with excellent local bars, restaurants and a craft market. Mobility was a big consideration in our planning as we had a wheelchair, however we didn’t encounter any problems when we were there. Barry provided transport to and from the airport, the pool was directly across from the apartment and the paths in and around the Sultan Complex were so easy to navigate that my sister is planning to return on a solo visit.

“Excellent Complex”
As a family of 4 we have really enjoyed our stay at the El Sultan, Correlejo. The complex was perfect for us. It was just a 20 minute walk to the main strip which leads down to Music square which was another 10 minute walk. Lots of night life for families and delicious restaurants. This is the 2nd time we have visited Correlejo but this is the 1st time at this complex as it was recommended by a family we met last year. The Apartment was clean and very comfortable. It was a great location overlooking the pool area. It's great that you have your own sunbeds at the property which you take to the pool area so there is no mad dash on a morning with towels. My only negative would be is that the sunbeds were very uncomfortable and broken and really need replacing Barry was very helpful with anything we needed and arranged to pick us up from the airport and drop us off. He also let us have a late checkout as our flight was in the evening. That just topped off our whole holiday experience and will look forward to returning in the future.
