Apartments in the luxury area of Tenerife. Apartment with 2 bedrooms in del Duque, newest part of Las Americas, with a living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped American-style kitchen. Terrace with a beautiful view. The complex has a lot of greenery, swimming pool. In walking distance are two supermarkets, mini market, taxi, commercial center Plaza del Duque, luxury beach Playa del Duque. Wi-fi available.

The location of the apartment is fantastic - only a five minute walk to Del Duque beach and a few minutes to the large supermarket. There are shops, restaurants and bars no more than 1 minute away and the bus stop for Siam Park is right next door!

“Great place to stay”

The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with everything one needed to ensure you had an enjoyable stay. If you wanted to cook a meal there is everything at hand, although we choose to eat out as we only stayed for one week. There is a nice pool with plenty of sun beds to ensure you enjoy your chill out time. The location is ideal, a quiet area close to a bus stop, shops and good restaurants. The owners go out of there way to make sure you enjoy your stay and are most helpful. Thank you Victor and your dear wife for the lovely bottle of wine and fruit, a lovely welcome gift. How do damage deposits work?
