We have luxury villa for rent in the heart of prestigious area Costa Adeje. All year around at guests disposal three-floor private Villa with swimming pool! (Heating of pool cost extra 25 euros per day).
Near the villa there are two large shopping centre, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, five-star hotels and wonderful long promenade along the ocean. From villa to the most beautiful beach of Tenerife (Playa del Duque) - just 5 minutes walk! And also 5 minutes walk to the beach Playa de Fanabe.
The Villa consists of 3 floors:
On the 1st (ground) floor there are a large living room, ping pong,
two bedrooms ( each with 2 single beds), one bathroom with bath, utility room. And from this floor you can get into the garage and the patio.
On the 2nd floor there are main living room with TV and dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms (each with double bed) and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath). There is access to the main terrace with beautiful views of the ocean. On the terrace there are a dining table, a pool and a sunbathing area with sun loungers. On the 2nd floor also located rear terrace equipped with Seating area and a green garden.
On the 3rd floor there are a large bedroom, a bathroom with shower. From this floor there is an exit on the third (top) terrace, which is equipped with a Seating area.

“Great holiday”
We had a great holiday staying at this really great villa. Very spacious and comfortable and with everything we needed, and more! Excellent outdoor spaces - easy to find both sun and shade and the pool was used every day!! Great location - so near to excellent restaurants and beaches. A short stroll for good shops and supermarket. Elena's help and support throughout was exceptional and was very much appreciated. I know we will be back next year!

“So relaxing”
Just returned from a week at this villa. What a fantastic place to spend your holiday. So much space both inside and out and everything immaculate. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and the beach is a short walk down the hill. Elena, the owner, was lovely to deal with throughout the entire booking process and met us on arrival to show us round. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and fully intend to return.

“Lovely villa”
Lovely villa, in a nice area. Very close to amenities, bars and beach. No car needed. Plenty of room for our family of 9. And the outside area was great especially for young children. Would recommend.

“Excellent Villa”
We are just back from this villa and cannot recommend it enough for its presentation and location. There was 6 adults and a baby and the amount of space available was plentiful. Small additional cost for pool heating but this was well worth the cost with a baby. This is a great area of Tenerife. The villa is a 3 minute walk to shopping centre, 5 minutes to the beach and there are 3 supermarkets close by. As discussed with Elena the area around the pool is very slippy when wet which would be a concern with small children. This would not however prevent us from visiting again and would recommend this villa to friends or family.
