Description
Our apartment is a 2nd floor studio in a brand new beachfront complex built according to the highest standards. From the large private balcony opens an amazing panoramic view over the turquoise blue Atlantic Ocean, the endless white sanded beaches and the mountains behind. The sunrise from the ocean is absolutely unforgettable. Listening to the ocean or enjoying the sunshine in a suntrap at the outdoor swimming pool can give a complete relaxation.
The spectacular white sanded beach of Costa Calma is only 50 metres away. The shopping centre and supermarkets are in 10 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants and bars around open until late hours. It is ideal for couples who need privacy and relaxation.

The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, all the furniture of the living area is well maintained, designed at high standard. There is a new flat screen 28" LED television and new DVD from June 2014. Both of them with USB port to watch films from pendrives. We have Satellite TV with several programs.
The bathroom is with an extra big sized shower. Bathroom towels and bed linens are provided. We also provide beach towels to use at the beach or pool area.
We have high speed internet connection installed in the apartment, we offer free WIFI connection from our own modem WIFI (5 GB)

The studio provides a large balcony with sunbeds, chairs and table. Suitable to outdoor dining.
The complex has an unheated swimming pool with artificial waterfall, surrounded by sunbeds free to use. The tennis court of the complex is also free of charge.
There are free parking places at both entrances of the complex.

“Mooi en praktisch appartement met uitzicht op zee”

“Wonderful location”
This was a very comfortable studio apartment with stunning views over the beach, especially in the morning watching the sun rise. The beach is fabulous, less than 5 mins walk away. It was lovely having breakfast on the large balcony and then going for lunch at the beach bar. A small, well stocked supermarket is close, but bars, restaurants and more supermarkets are 5 - 10 mins walk away. The only downside was the WiFi which was quite weak and the tv channels were mainly German with only a few English speaking channels (al-jazeera, dw),

“Fine apartment”
Perfect apartment for 2 persons, nice view from the balcony to sea. Only 2 minutes away from the beach. Staff is very nice and helpful if you have some problems. Had some nice days in this apartment!
