Our exclusive, beautifully designed loft apartment – centrally located in the heart of Costa Teguise resort, – has been refurbished to a very high standard and can comfortably sleep up to eight guests. Set just back from Las Cucharas bay, the golden sand beach here is perfect for swimming, water sports and offers the best beach on the island for windsurfing.
Ocean View has been finished to a high standard and offers outstanding views. Its interior has been designed to be modern, light and very spacious giving a luxurious setting for your holiday. Its 3 double beds are an extra large 180 wide and have the top of the range Sultan mattresses for extra comfort. The living room has high wood ceilings and panoramic views overlooking the entire bay of La Cucharas. It's designer tiles and wood floor add to its modern loft ambience.
Ocean view has a 25 meter square south facing terrace which has a BBQ, garden dining furniture and 2 sun loungers with breathtaking views out across the ocean. The terrace is half covered, so offers some shade and at the same time is the perfect place to sunbathe in total privacy.
A car is not essential for stays at this holiday apartment, as all the amenities you will need are within walking distance, this apartment is just a stone's throw from the beach bars, restaurants and variety of shops. But if you wish to take advantage of a hire car to explore all that Lanzarote has to offer, then there is plenty of parking nearby.
