Stone house "Martelina" has been redecorated with great love and attention by respecting the tradition and craftsmanship of old artisans. For your escape from the mundane the old has been revived, and the modern has jumped in for a holiday you deserve.

An old underground tavern has been repurposed into a living area with kitchen, making it a pleasant hideaway from the summer's heat. Bedrooms on the upper floors have thematic rustic and modern decor. Ornaments from everyday life and arts are authentic pieces inherited from our ancestors and every detail preserves the spirit of older times, presenting the life as it used to be here.

Stone courtyard offers intimacy and security with, no less important, shade for your four-legged friends. It is ideal for relaxation with friends around barbecue, for sunbathing or a refreshment in solar shower.

During summer nights, the stone illuminated by night lights gives a romantic ambient for a glass of wine with your loved one, family and friends. The upper terrace offers an unforgettable sunset.

The house is furnished with everything you need for a relaxing holiday: fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, wireless internet connection, TV set in every room, home movie theatre, cable TV with 65 programmes (the list of the programmes is in the map), lava stone barbecue and solar shower.

A 10 minute walk (500 m) through greenery will get you to the nearest beach, and Kačjak beach, especially interesting to families with children, is a 15 minute walk away. The beaches are accessible by car as well. In the nearby Crikvenica you can find the first pet friendly beach in these areas.

The nearest supermarket, post office and library are a 5 minute walk away. For a more extensive shopping you can visit Duga Mall, located at the entrance to Crikvenica (3 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot).

“Private, great for relaxation...”

House is very comfortable. My family had a feeling like we were staying in our own home. With a lot of authentic decoration the place looks even more beautiful than in photos. I would definitely recommend to come here if you are looking for something unique.

How do damage deposits work?
