Description
This house is located in Cunit, a village on the Costa Dorada, near Sitges, Barcelona and Tarragona. Has proximity of two great cities and also the relaxation and tranquility of a beautiful area of sea and pine forests.
It is a house with an original design, modern, comfortable, bright and spacious. If you enjoy views over the sea, will surely amaze the panorama seen from the house.
The house has a dining area with barbecue near the pool.
There is also a children's play area available for our younger guests.
Another garden area is ideal for running and playing ball or also, to rest in the shade of the trees.
It is in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood, so the house is ideal for families with or without children.
The beach is gently sloping and is perfectly suited for families. There are showers, surveillance, water sports, fishing and other services. The beach Cunit has "Blue Flag" distinction awarded to the best beaches in the world.
This town offers a variety of restaurants, varied cultural, recreational and sporting activities. Barcelona or the Roman city of Tarragona historical center -a part of UNESCO are at your fingertips whether you use your own vehicle or prefer to travel by train.
You can also enjoy a wide range of natural beauty, as a natural park, 500 meters from the house, vineyards, picturesque villages, the natural park of Foix or the amusement park "Port Aventura".
In Catalasnsummer you can enjoy the terraces, garden and pool and combined with the fantastic possibilities that the Costa Dorada offers certainly guarantee that you will enjoy a great holiday.

“Lived up to Expectations”
This Villa was better than the pictures depicted. The accomodation was perfect for our party of 8 adults and two children (6&4). We spent most of our time around the large pool area (Magnificent views) with plenty of seating, sun beds, BBQ & poolside shower. The biggest plus was the villa owner, Rosa, who could not do enough to ensure our stay was problem free. Rosa quickly responded to our many requests for advice and information on the area and travel options. Cunit & Calafel beaches are safe and well equipped with many activities for adults & children. A car is a must if only to collect groceries from the supermarkets. This has been our best Spanish holiday so far and cannot rate this villa & owner highly enough.
