Shopping Malls, cinemas, Food Markets, restaurants and Fresh Sea Food Market & Beaches, and is a walking distance from condo location. The top tourist spot is Mt. Apo mountain, Samal Island Beaches and Restaurants & Resorts, Talomo Beach Restaurants and resorts, & Matina sea shores & restaurants and resorts. Matina area has a Selections of several Fine Restaurants and shopping malls. Times Beach in Marina area is one of tourist spot popular with Restaurants/Bars & night life.
