Description

Welcome to the BigDisneyVilla

Our 2500 sq ft 2 storey home is located in the quiet Windwood Bay community in Davenport.

Our home features 4 large Bedrooms: King and Queen rooms both with en-suites. The King en-suite bathroom has a separate shower cubicle. There are 2 twin rooms which are served by a separate family bathroom.

There is an additional downstairs washroom accessible from both the living area and pool area.

Our large Pool /Spa Jacuzzi features multi-coloured LED lighting (heating can be provided as an optional extra). A safety net will be in place around the pool deck on your arrival.

We have a fully equipped Games Room for your enjoyment.

The villa has two comfortable living areas, a large lounge and family room. The family room includes a 50” Smart TV which offers cable TV services and streaming channels such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

The villa is fully air conditioned (and centrally heated if needed) and many rooms have ceiling fans.

All linen and towels are provided for your stay.

The villa offers free WiFi and free local and national (US) telephone calls.

For our younger guests, there is a baby travel cot (with cot sheets and blankets) provided. Several strollers, trainer toilet seat and highchair can also be found in the villa. There is also a wireless baby monitor but please bring own 9v battery for this.

At the rear of our villa is a lovely conservation area and provides extra privacy for the pool/spa and terrace.

The pool deck features comfortable sun loungers and chairs along with a large umbrella for extra shade if needed.

About Windwood Bay

Windwood Bay is a quiet, relaxed and well maintained community about 15 minutes from Disney property by car.

We are only 2 miles from the renowned CHAMPIONS-GATE Resort.

Local facilities include a golf course and country club, Publix Supermarket, Walgreen's Pharmacy, McDonald's, Millers Ale House, Asian cuisine, gas stations and a variety of shops, diners, bars and take-away and other dine-in restaurants.

Our home is also located about 1 mile from the I-4 (Interstate 4) and provides easy access to the famous theme parks such as Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Lego Land and Busch Gardens. The fantastic beaches on the Gulf coast can also be easily reached along the toll-free road.

Orlando International (MCO) about 35 mins - 30 miles (toll road)

Sanford International (SFB) about 1 hour away - 60 miles (toll road)

Tampa International (TPA) about 1 hour - 90 miles

“Excellent villa! Real home from home”

We stayed here for two weeks in May with another family. There were 4 adults and 4 children. This villa was perfect for us. It was a real home from home with lots of lovely little touches which made it a lovely place to stay. The children loved the pool and the games room was great. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and preparing food and the villa was ideally located for the parks. We would highly recommend staying here and the owners are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions or help in any way they can.
