[NEW] All TVs are now Smart Tvs, with access to Netflix (necessary to have own account), Youtube and among other online services.

Comfortable 4 bedrooms/3.5 Bathrooms townhome in the fantastic Regal Palms Resort & Spa gated community located 15min from Disney World.

The resort features 2 pools, water slide and a lazy river. A perfect place for your family vacation. Children will love it!!!

The space:

It's a very spacious and renovated 4 bedrooms townhome (1,846 sf) that easily accommodates 8 people.

In the first floor, there is a master bedroom, the kitchen, a half bathroom and the living room.

The master suite has a king size bed, a TV, a dresser, a closet and a private bathroom. This room can be used by the grandpas or elderly people, so they don't need to use the stairs. This room has a independent entrance and people can get in and out without getting into the house, very useful for those who need more privacy.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (microwave oven, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator), toaster and coffee maker. Dinnerware and cookware are also available to the guests.

The wood tile living room is wide and spacious and offers a TV, 200 channels cable TV and, the couch and the dinner table.

In the second floor are the laundry space, another master bedroom, a full bathroom and two bedrooms with twins bed.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, a TV, a closet, a dresser, and a private bathroom. Both of the anothers bedrooms has two twin beds, closet, a dresser and a TV. The bathroom is shared by the bedrooms.

We provide towels and sheets and in the laundry space there are a washer, a dryer and iron that will be available for the guests use.

It's a self-catered unit but we always provide an initial amount of itens such as toilet paper,body hand, hand soap, dishwasher pacs, dishwashing liquid, sink sponge, etc. When the period of stay is longer or there are many people, they might not be enough and the guests need to supplement them according to their own consumption.

FREE 35mb WIFI broadband internet available throughout the house.

Access to the guests:

The home is located in the beautiful and awarded REGAL PALMS RESORT & SPA. Nestled in 2.5 acres of tropical settings, the resort combines all the facilities of a resort and the privacy of a vacation home.

There is a resort fee of $ 20 plus tax per day/per unit (not per guest!!!) that is paid directly to the Regal Palms Resort at the check-in (i.e.: if you'll stay 4 nights, it will be 4 x 20). It doesn't go to me neither to Airbnb but you have to consider in your cost. This fee is mandatory and intended to cover maintenance and security costs of the resort.

All guests will have complete access to the swimming complex (pools, lazy river, waterslide, outdoor spa), gym, sauna, clubhouse and restaurants.

When you check-in at the front desk, you will receive a card that gives access to the gates to the townhomes and a wristband that gives access to the resort area.

There is a complimentary towel service and lounge chairs in the pool area.

There is an internet cafe with 2 workstations and wireless broadband near the front desk for guests use.

An ATM machine is also available at the front desk.

Tickets to the parks and information about all major Orlando attractions are available at the front desk.

There is no public transportation in the area, so renting a car is almost mandatory.

“Host canceled less than 2 weeks to arrival. Do not book this place if you want a guaranteed booking!”

Host will probably cancel your booking at last minute. Now we have a family who has to pay cancelations on flights and car rentals.
