This beautiful 4 bedroom single story home is situated in Bridgewater Crossings, in Davenport, FL. Bridgewater Crossings is a beautifully maintained community. Relax in the peace and tranquility of this fabulous location where it’s hard to imagine you are only a short drive to the main gates of Disney. As of Feb. 2020 the home boasts all new stainless steel kitchen appliances. Refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and dishwasher. Also, they have had installed - a new 50" smart TV in the family room, a 40" smart TV in the master bedroom and a 32" TV in the 2nd bedroom. There is a conservation area right behind the home and there is a pool table in the garage.

The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.

“The Great Orlando Villa Davenport Florida”

Would not recommended,pool and villa not clean, so had to cleaning ourselves,was not as in photo's in need of updating, but Davenport a nice area

Response from the manager Pool and villa perfectly clean, customer wanted extra services etc and threatened to leave poor review if we refused. Villa is exactly as photos, and has only recently been inspected, and approved by Tripadvisor, who took and published the photos of the house on the listing. Customer however did not leave the house in a good condition, if you find this review from google you may wish to bear this in mind before accepting them as guests.
