This beautiful home has it all, play room with pool table, seating table area, air hockey, each bedroom has their on bathroom, with TV in all of the rooms The dinner table accomadates 10 people and more .A full size heated pool with spa and plenty of space inside and out, so you can enjoy the most of this paradise. Our Private South facing pool has a beautiful view and an awesome cabana so you can relax at sofa pation at the pool are with a big table for the meals and BBQ outsideWhen you rent this Orlando Resort style property you have access to all areas, it is a full house rental and everything you need is included, also you have access to the clubhouse with lots of amenities. A resort style pool mini water park, cabanas, seating area with TV, gym and much more..If your vacation home has a private pool:

The pool is cleaned once per week please allow about 4hrs before reentering the pool after cleaning.

If you haven’t already requested SPA and pool heat, you may do so for an extra U$50.00 per day, 3 days minimum, request at least within 48 hours in advance.

If your vacation home has a BBQ grill:

Some homes offer a complimentary BBQ grill for your enjoyment. There is extra cleaner charge $30 to use the BBQ grill, the propane is NOT included (If the propane is over, the guest is responsible for the exchange). Please note all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival.

The GUEST will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity ACCESS FEE.

The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation.

Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee – One-time fee per house per reservation:

1-12 Guests $35

13+ Guests $45

The primary person will need to provide:

· Their reservation information which shows:

· The rental property address.

· Check in and check out date.

· Number of guests.

· Identification that matches the reservation name.

· License plate information for the primary vehicle.

They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
