This stunning five bedroom Tuscan Hills villa boasts over 3000 sq ft of luxurious air conditioned living space to provide your family with a wonderful haven from the bustle of the nearby parks.   Tastefully decorated and furnished to the highest standard throughout, recent renovations have not only created a modern, crisp feel, but also put in place updated appliances, tiled flooring, flat screen TV's and sumptuous brand new beds. The beautiful pool and spa are surrounded by a privacy fence giving you the marvelous bonus of not being overlooked while you enjoy sunbathing in the exceptionally spacious extended lanai area.  Furthermore, the convenient outside shower and bathroom means you don't have to run inside to the cool air-conditioning while you are dripping wet!

This fabulous villa boasts an open floor plan, offering a wonderful social feel for your family vacation.    An open breakfast bar area provides seating to face either into the kitchen, living space or the cozy breakfast nook.  A brand new oven and large refrigerator/freezer has recently been added to the fully fitted kitchen, which opens into the formal dining area which in turn opens into a second family seating area overlooking the pool.  

The downstairs master bedroom, with its new, sumptuous King-size bed offers a patio door opening onto the pool deck for those early morning coffees in the fresh air. A walk in closet bestrides the walkway to a superb, spacious en-suite bathroom, featuring a Jacuzzi tub with separate shower.

Leading off from the kitchen a utility area offers a brand new washer and drier for all your laundry requirements. Opposite this are a beautiful, newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower and a newly floored full bedroom with queen bed. From here you are taken into a fantastic games room where you can enjoy playing pool, foosball or even play games on the games console.

Upstairs affords a second master bedroom with another new comfy queen bed, beautiful newly tiled floor and a luxurious, newly renovated en-suite shower room.  Off the large landing area with seating are two twin bedrooms and a newly renovated shared bathroom.

The home boasts a total of 5 flat screen TVs, with a 55” in the living room for a family movie night.  These are all supplied with either cable TV or Chromecast, so retreating to some relaxing entertainment after busy days at the nearby Theme Parks offers choices for everyone.  A high chair, cot & stroller are also provided for your use at no extra cost if you are traveling with little ones.
