Tucked behind greenery, this one storey home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests at a time, making this popular Florida rental highly sought after by families and groups of friends vacationing together. Located in one of Florida’s safe gated communities, Legacy Park, you’ll be able to relax on vacation knowing you and your family are safe, not to mention the benefits of being located next to some of the more appealing attractions the area has to offer such as Disney World.

The bright sunny kitchen area has a lot of cupboard space and there are ample counters to prepare your meals. The kitchen is clean and modern, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised how well-equipped it is. To the left of the kitchen under some hanging ornate lights and close to a sliding door there’s a small round glass table with 4 seats, which is perfect for informal dining or a morning coffee. The separate dining room in red and white has tiled floors and vaulted ceilings, which create a very Mediterranean feel to the home. The combination of hanging lamps, the white wooden furniture and palm plants really add to the room’s atmosphere. There’s a beautiful white wooden dining suite that can comfortably seat 6 guests. To the right of the dining room, the exotic Mediterranean theme continues into the living room with its white wooden furniture. There are 2 comfortable 2-seater sofas for guests to sit on and the entertainment cabinet boasts a large flat screen cable TV, a DVD player, and a number of DVDs for you and your family to choose from.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and by far the best feature of this room is the large en-suite bathroom with his and her vanities. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and guests will enjoy soaking in the corner garden tub with a view or the spacious separate walk-in shower. The second master queen size bedroom is a bright sunny room with yellow walls and contrasting decorations in red. The arched windows are impressively decorated in ornate drapery and let a lot of natural sunlight into the room. There’s a single en-suite bathroom in cream and white tiling and marble where you’ll be able to shower and bathe in peace. The 2 twin rooms with ample closet and storage space share a communal bathroom which can be found in the hallway.

A games room is also available to play in and you could be entertained for hours on end challenging your friends and family to a game of pool on the full-size table. The room also has an extra TV and bar-style seating for your convenience. The place where guests will get the most entertainment however is the outdoor patio and pool area. The oval shaped pool with its connecting Jacuzzi is the perfect place to take a dip and cool off. You’ll have the option of either lying by the pool on one of the sun loungers or relaxing at the patio furniture. You’ll be able to maintain your own privacy with the screening, but at the same time take in the beautiful views around you.
