This fully updated home will WOW you and is a great place to stay while you enjoy all Central Florida has to offer! Sunset View is located in the Highland's reserve Golf Community. The community is sprawling as you can imagine, and homes offer a different vantage point. This one overlooks the course. Highland's Reserve's course is for public use and offers pristine courses year round with rentals available. Highland's Reserve has a small community pool and recreation area located near the golf clubhouse. Sunset View has all the comfort and convenience you expect in a vacation rental with new appliances, granite countertops and new flooring. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths in this 2-story vacation rental so there is plenty of space to be enjoyed inside and out. The views from your pool deck will be amazing, especially at sunset!

“Not happy at all”
they do not provide basic stuff like: Trash liner, dishwasher soap, kitchen towel, salt black paper.....

Response from the manager Sorry you were not happy with this vacation rental, we do have a lot of guests that have enjoyed the home and the location. We only provide the initial trash can liner, sometimes a dishwasher tab and soaps in the bathrooms. Unfortunately owners mostly don’t upgrade TV's unless they ones in the homes no longer work, we know tube TV's are outdated but they still serve the same purpose for many guests. Response from the manager Thanks for the feedback, the $75 request twice was a complete oversight and for the upgrade we do sometimes upgrade guests if we are challenged with problems in the homes we have assigned for the guest so we apologize for both, had we known in advance we would have issues with the townhome we would have certainly advised you and given you the available options, you cant deny this was a great vacation rental and the pool heat was $35 per day so a good savings considering you also saved on the resort fees you would have paid if staying at the townhome. still this does not mean you should not express your thoughts as i know you had your heart set on Regal Palms resort.
