Response from the manager We are very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay in this vacation rental. We can see that there was an issue with the pool equipment timer during your stay and that this has been credited accordingly, this problem has been resolved. The carpets in the unit do have stains but these are permanent and not due to animals in the home. This property is pet friendly but a pet fee is collected and the home is thoroughly cleaned on departure. Guests that travel with their pets in most cases treat their pets like children and look after them very carefully. Thanks-Rent A Villa/Eagle Management

Our vacation rentals are self-catered which means we only provide the initial toilet paper roll and the little hand soaps and the guest is responsible of providing their own toiletries and cleaning supplies during their stay. Unlike hotels we are not able to provide wash cloths or extra toiletries.
