Beautiful modern 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa which is fully air conditioned. It is situated in a secure gated estate. The South facing pool is perfect for soaking up the Florida Sunshine. The Pool is not overlooked and has a privacy fence in the back.

The Villa is 3 miles from the 192 which runs past Disney (13 minutes) and 3 miles from the I-4 which will take you to all the major attractions and shopping malls the Gulf coast or the Atlantic coast. The villa has everything you need to have a great stay in Florida. Free Wifi ,cable smart tv, and a DVD player. There is a games room with pool table. All towels and linen are provided and there are plenty of loungers and chairs to relax by the poolside. It has a fully fitted kitchen, Washer & dryer everything you need to have a great vacation. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful home for your Holiday.

The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, The Holy Land, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, and Sea World are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.
