New home, well decorated with everything you need to have the best vacation of you life. 15 minutes to Disney and 5 minutes to I-4.
Quiet area with shopping, grocery and restaurants few minutes away.
Includes game room with pool table, foosball (table soccer) and PS4 (bring your games, controllers and cord), swimming pool and jacuzzi in the house. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, living room and loft.
There is a new and large Clubhouse with water park, gym, game room, movie, restaurant, business room and everything that a resort can offer in the community.
(Barbecue grill not included due to insurance issues - available for reasonable price in many rental companies in the area)

House rules
is $150. Pool heat cannot be turned on after check in or turned off before check out unless guest pay a extra travel fee. Temperature is set at 85 degrees. As the pool is outdoor if weather gets too cold or rainy the pool may not be able to keep the temperature. Since we have no control over weather, we cannot reimburse pool heat in this case. It takes 24 hours for pool heat to reach the temperature

“Best Option For Our Family”

“Perfect and Clean House”

Response from the owner I am really sorry about the roaches isssue. Even though we had never found any roaches before your stay, we have contacted the pest control company that takes care of our regular prevention inspections and requested an extra one and although they found no pest issue in the house, they did a thorough pest control service. We thank you for letting us know about this issue as we could take action to prevent it from happening again.

“Great location, great value”
Very clean, spacious, well appointed accommodation. Good communication from owner. Easy access to main Orlando attractions and close to Oasis club with good swimming/ fitness/ eating facilities. Basic provisions would be useful (no washing up liquid, dishcloth, condiments, refuse sacks). Also no house or resort information in the property. No recycling provision in resort. We had great fun outside in the beautiful pool/ terrace and inside in the air conditioned living space. Tim
