This was due to the homeowner removing their home from the market for reasons related to COVID-19. We apologize that you had found this home filthy as we send in cleaners before guests arrive to our listed homes. We also find it very unfortunate and disheartening to hear that your niece's car was stolen is this is the first time hearing this kind of incident. However, that is outside of our control.
