The outstanding spacious two story pool home with a south facing pool in the Windwood Bay community offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, large pool deck, and fully equipped kitchen and separate living areas on the first floor perfect for entertaining friends or family. This executive home offers 2700 square feet of living space for the larger families. This villa is located 8.8 miles from the main gates of Disney and short drive to Sea World & Universal Studios. There is a huge range of golf courses within a easy drive to suite all abilities and budgets including the world famous Champions Gate Courses and Reunion Resort. Local amentities include banking, Publix, Chinese take-a-way, Subway, McDonalds and the new Shops at Champions Gate.
The ultimate Florida escape awaits you at Sunseekers Villa in Davenport. Spacious rooms, private pool and enough space to comfortably entertain of party of 10. Enjoy the pristine surroundings, splash in the pool, sunbathe on the large pool deck, play games with the family, catch up on the latest movies or just relax. The villa does offer free wifi. You have even started with all the local attractions that are close enough without feeling like they are right on top of you.
Check-in is anytime after 4pm on the date of arrival. You will have access to your own personal keyless access code however the code will only be effective 15 minutes prior to the check-in time of 4pm. The check-out time is by 10am on the date of departure. PLEASE NOTE: if you need to secure a late-checkout, it must be arranged in advance and is subject to an additional fee.

Child safety fence around pool and all pool access door are alarmed.
The pool and spa can be heated upon request and for an additional charge. If purchased, pool heat must be confirmed prior to arrival and must be booked for the entitre stay to avoid being charged extra for a trip fee.
Pool heat will be set up to turn on in the morning and switch off late in the afternoon. This schedule is set because electric heaters work by pulling heat out of the air, and this cannot be achieved at night when the temperature drops below a certain threshold. As such, your morning swim will likely be a bit chillier than in the late in the afternoon. At best ...the pool heater will warm water to 12 degrees above the air temp.
Cool nights will inevitably result in colder pools the next day. Dramatic drops in temperature may also result in optimal temperatures not being reached. In these situations beyond our control, neither the homeowner nor Easy Choice will be held liable for unfavourable pool temperatures.
