Description

The villa/Townhouse faces a small lake/large pond

3 Bed rooms including Spacious master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Water-views from master and second bedroom.

2 full baths with a Jacuzzi Tub and shower stall in the Master bath, and tub shower in the second bath

Can accommodate: 9 people

King size beds in master and Queen beds in one other bedrooms, Queen sofabed in living room and Twin rollaway bed & a inflatable twin bed.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Ground Floor is all Ceramic Tiled and has the Kitchen & Dining And a step down sunken FL-style Living Rm; Carpet on stairway n whole upstairs.

FREE WIRELESS internet

Kitchen with range stove, microwave, fridge, basic pots n pans, china n silverware. Dishwasher, washer and dryers.

DISNEY: 8.5 miles to Disney and Close to Other Attractions. Haven for Golfers, 4-5 Golf Courses within 5-10 minutes driving distances. Champions Golf Course, Highland Reserves Golf course, Polo Park Golf course, etc

SWIMMING POOL: Complex has swimming pool, Tennis court, Volley ball court and Basketball court. And picnic and bbq area at clubhouse.

Pool may be closed if Covid rules mandate that.

CLUBHOUSE:

The pool at Clubhouse is open with restrictions everyday from 8am to 8pm. When you visit there, you will have to sign-in and give them address:

SHOPPING AREA: Within One mile: there is a shopping mall with Publix and other stores in the area at the corner of Sand Mine Road and HWY 27. Walmart is 2 miles. Apple Bee and pizza Mia, Chines Wok, British Pub, and other eating places within 1 mile. The hwy 192 is only minutes away which offers hundreds of places to shop and restaurants to satisfy any appetite.

BEACHES: We are between east and west coast of Florida- Clear Water beach is 1 1/2 hours west and Coco Beach is 2 hours East- Tampa is 1 1/2 hours via Interstate 4

NO SMOKING inside the unit. the Hookah by the Dining Table is for DECOR ONLY.

Absolutely NO PETS inside the unit
