Apartment in ground floor of a villa of creole-style décor of postcard: coconut palms, banana trees and sea of the Caribbean that can be admired at leisure from the large shaded terrace. Located in a cul-de-sac of a residential subdivision nestled in the lush greenery of a 'tropical morne', you will find charming, quiet and change of scenery guaranteed. A 10-minute walk from the Grande-Anse, one of the most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe, a few minutes drive from the town of Deshaies, authentic and dynamic fishing village on the colorful Creole houses.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people in 2 separate rooms.
One room contains a bed in 140; the other room offers a kitchenette and will accommodate two additional people in a comfortable sofa. The toilet is in a separate room.
Sanitary: bathroom outside, tropical to perfection, with walk-in shower and washbasin, allowing to shower while admiring the sea and the garden.
