Your perfect Cape Cod vacation starts right here with this custom high end home just steps to a private association beach. Walk in the front door to a large open floor plan. The beautiful custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances and refurbished wood counter flows into the dining area with a long table to comfortably seat eight. The living room, complete with flat screen TV, provides access to the Queen bedroom and one of the bathrooms.
Walk out to a screened in porch overlooking the private back yard with a step down deck equipped with a gas grill, picnic table and an over-sized outdoor shower.
Walk up one level to the second floor where you will find another living area with flat screen TV. This living room opens to another deck with beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay. The second floor also holds the laundry room with a washer and dryer, a full bathroom with a footed tub, and a king bedroom with access to another screened porch!
Climb up one more flight of stairs to the massive third floor that is one large room hosting a king bed, 2 twin beds, full bathroom with stall shower and expansive views.
