Sited right on the dunes of East Sandwich Beach is this vintage cottage with private path to the beach. Waterfront 3 bedroom cottage with an open dining/living area with lots of windows at East Sandwich Beach. Enjoy 150 feet of frontage as the cottage sits on an extra large lot. Full sized bed in one room and 2 twins in each of the other bedrooms. Full kitchen, cable TV and internet. Bathroom has a tub and shower and there is a brand new enclosed outside shower with dressing area. Garage on lot that may be used to store belongings.
A pet may be allowed with prior permission.

Response from the manager wow, some people are really something. This tenant made no complaint during their stay, and even rebooked for next year. It was only after they were informed that they didn't leave the property as required and the cleaning cost an extra $40 due to a couple of throw rugs being stained and needing to be laundered and extra time to clean up after their dog and sticky stuff left on unwiped counters that they all of the sudden they have a problem with the house. No, the house is not new and is not shown as new and no you don't have to walk though a bedroom to get to the bathroom, there are 2 ways to get there. This is a classic beachfront cottage that will allow a pet (most do not) and it has a triple lot, which gives it the largest private beach in the entire area. It is a shame that some people resort to making up things and leaving bad reviews when they don't like the fact that they have a lousy $40 held from their security deposit because they cant follow directions that are in the lease, handed to them upon check in and posted clearly in the office at check in. If you use bad reviews as revenge shame on you.
