Description
An updated Beachland Cottage overlooking Scorton Creek. The floor plan is wonderful for a family. Walk in to a small yet comfortable living room with a private bedroom to your left with a full sized bed. Continue down the hallway to a set of built in bunk beds for the kids and the bathroom to their left that is updated with new fixtures. Just ahead is the bright, sunny kitchen with full sized fridge, stove and microwave along with all the kitchen things you will need for the vacation week. A tall table with chairs is ready for you to enjoy your coffee with views of the everchanging tidal marsh. A slider to the deck for you to relax, enjoy a cookout or just watch the tides. A great cottage at a great price for Cape Cod living.
