Tucked Away is a relaxing romantic/cozy getaway in the Poconos with secluded backyard views directly into a small waterfront lake/pond. This 4 bedroom Vacation Home is located in an amenity filled gated community. Great getaway house for all seasons & occasions. 90 minutes from Manhattan. 20 minutes away from Mount Airy Casino and 5 Miles from Camelback and Shawnee Ski Resorts in Winter Big Bolder, Jack Frost, & The Crossings Outlets; a huge strip mall with over 100 stores. The house is located within easy driving distance of the Delaware River (Delaware Water Gap). Other activities nearby include hiking, biking, horseback riding, tennis, golf, Bushkill Falls, flea markets, lakes, and pools.

The lake/pond behind our Cabin (Deep in some areas) It can be accessed through our backyard. Great for swimming in hot summer days. The lake is murky and muddy when walking into the lake but great for swimming once you get in it. Not recommended for children. There’s another sand lake not far from our Cabin. Great for kids with playground, bbq, etc.

Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all other appliances for your needs. Carpeted floors throughout, the home.

Room 1 – First floor: Queen bed, closet, nightstands, dresser and bathroom
Room 2 – Second Floor: full bed, closet, nightstand, dresser
Room 3- Second Floor: Queen bed, closet, nightstand, dresser
Room 4- Second Floor: 2 twin bunk beds Maximum Weight: 150 Lbs per bed.
Loft Area: on second floor with large sofa bed ( Sleep 2 guests) and one recliner chair. TV and DVD player, Air conditioner in the ( loft area only) fans in every bedroom
Dining room with 6 chairs. We have extra chairs in basement.
Living room on first floor with sofa, fire place, flat screen TV, Netflix, Free Wi-Fi and lots of DVD to watch!
*Medium deck space in the back of the house with BBQ and medium enclosed outside porch on the side of the house by the dining area.
*If you're staying for 3 nights a start-up set of garbage bags, toilet tissue, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap will be provided but are not replenished.
*If you're staying 3 or more nights please make sure you bring your soap, dishwasher detergent, paper products. We supply a small "starter" amount for 3 nights only.
4 cars will be allowed to park in the driveway. Only 4 cars will be given access into the gated community and there is no outside parking. There is no street parking in the community. Any car left outside of the driveway the community police will issue tickets and you will be held responsible.:
PLEASE NOTE: there are about 23 steps down to the front door, could be too much for older couples or small children or someone with disabilities. No wheelchair access . Must be 24 to rent this property and most respect our neighbors (Please keep the noise level down after 10pm)
We do not provide FREE firewood ( If you like access to firewood there's a $20 charge. Please let me know.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Due to Covid 19 pool area is limited. Please ask your host.
